Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your leather item, we offer returns within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Custom-made or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty. Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a refund or exchange will be processed according to your preference.
